What is your mental diet?
Do you event consider what your brain is consuming and how this will impact on your motivation?
If we want to improve our physical conditioning this will often include a review of what we are eating and assessing its nutritional value. BUT are we doing this for our mental health, mental strength and motivation?
Is watching the news daily good nutrition for your brain? Is the social media or television shows you consume brain food that is helping or hurting your motivation?
A nice 3 minute meditation would be highly nutritious for the mind and take us closer to our desired state. Two hours mindless scrolling through Facebook at 7am could be compared to eating a burger, fries and shake for breakfast and not very nutritional.
If you want to improve your mindset does it not make sense to assess what our minds are consuming?
