Aaron Jarvis Latin American Amateur Champion

Aaron Jarvis is a 19 year old freshman who plays his college golf at UNLV.

Before becoming a UNLV Rebel he was a student at the Leadbetter golf academy in Florida. It was at this academy where a team of coaches, including previous KOHR Performance podcast guest, Zach Parker helped him develop his mental, technical, physical and performance skills.

At 17 years old Aaron had not had a standout junior golf career and was not being highly recruited by college teams. Aaron admits he was a little immature on the golf course and often focused on the wrong things when playing junior tournaments.

So how did Aaron go from being an un-recruited golfer that had never won an AJGA, to becoming the LAAC Champion and securing a place in the 2022 Masters, Open, USAM and numerous PGA Tour events?

The answers to this question can be found in this podcast.

These answers should give any junior athlete, parent or high performer the belief that sporting development is a journey not a destination and where you are now DOES NOT determine where you could be!

Tune in to listen to Aaron and Zach discuss Aaron’s mental game, his practice habits, his golf life balance, his personal ‘why’ and how being comfortable and confident with who he is has helped him on his journey.
