Joe Corcione has accomplished many feats of human endurance. He has completed Spartan Races, triathlons, Iron Man races, and Ultraman Races.
In November of 2021 in his latest test, Joe ran three races back to back to back. This included an unregistered, self-imposed, Ultraman Race made up of over 6 miles of swimming followed by 270 miles of biking, capped off with a double marathon.
In this podcast Joe highlights the importance his training plays in learning how to control his thoughts. A great message that any junior athlete, parent or competitive golfer could benefit from hearing.
Although to the outside viewer Joe may seem like a freak athlete, his journey was never one of stardom with athletics. Throughout his early years and into college, Joe struggled with an addiction to Adderall and was never a confident athlete.
Through his experience overcoming addiction and all of his athletic endeavors, Joe inspires, motivates, and coaches individuals on how to deal with adversity and become a high-performance individual.
